Returns and Refunds

We currently only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened or used, unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

If your order has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email team@kubeist.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect). We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process above.
